Golf Exercises:
To play golf, one uses parts of the body that principally include muscles and joints. The joints need to be flexible and the muscles strong. Flexibility is achieved by loosening and stretching
exercises. Try this. Bend your wrist towards the palm and away from it. Then, bend the wrist towards the thumb and away from it. See the pictures below.
After these four directional movements of the wrist, you would have loosen it, making it more flexible.
