Suppination Drills:
Suppination is the rolling over of the right forearm and wrist over the left (or vice versa). Lie flat and straight on your bed, arms straight by your sides, palms open and facing the ceiling. Your palms are in the supine position. Suppination is the noun from supine. If you now turn both palms so that they face the bed, they are in prone position. Suppinating the left wrist at impact facilitates release of the hands. Suppination facilitates the widest possible swing arc, ensures a perfect ball strike and essentially delofts a club — all ensuring longer distance and accurate shots.
